Brinley Hutson is an attorney with Garvin Agee Carlton whose practice focuses on real estate transactions, probate and estate planning, business planning and formation, debt collection, and title curative matters. He is committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses find practical solutions to legal challenges and protect what matters most to them.
A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Brinley has a strong interest in the intersection of tribal, state, and federal law and the unique issues facing Native communities. Raised in northeastern Oklahoma, he earned his bachelor's degree from Northeastern State University before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Since joining Garvin Agee Carlton, Brinley and his family have made Pauls Valley their home. He is a follower of Christ, and his faith is the priority in his practice. He is an active member of the Rotary Club and the Garvin County Bar Association and regularly teaches estate planning courses through Mid-America Technology Center in Wayne, Oklahoma.
Whether assisting a family with an estate plan, guiding heirs through probate, or helping resolve a title issue, Brinley is dedicated to providing responsive service, clear communication, and practical legal guidance.
